CVS UAE Returns to Doha & Dubai in 2024, building on the resounding success of the previous year’s event which saw 121 buyers and 151 suppliers from 17 countries converge. Since its inception in 2008, the CVS (China Visitors Summit UAE) has been instrumental in facilitating connections between Chinese Global Travel Buyers and global travel suppliers worldwide.

As a travel supplier, participating in CVS provides a unique opportunity to tailor the event to meet specific sales needs. Suppliers can select the buyers they wish to meet, allowing for a customized experience that maximizes business potential, whether targeting leisure travellers, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) clients, or other segments.

Over two days, 150 travel suppliers engage in face-to-face meetings with an equal number of travel buyers, resulting in over 7,000 appointments. These meetings serve as pivotal moments for forging partnerships, closing deals, and expanding networks.

Buyers participating in CVS are meticulously chosen based on their sales and business activities within the host region. Emphasizing the importance of engaging with the “REAL buyer,” delegates are selected for their responsibility in procuring and developing travel products. Moreover, each buyer contributes to the event by paying a registration fee, typically around $/€ 500, in addition to covering their own airfare expenses, amounting to a total investment exceeding $/€ 2500 per buyer. By bringing together key stakeholders from across the travel industry, CVS facilitates meaningful interactions that drive business growth and innovation.
