The Knowledge and Human Development Authority has declared that remote learning will be implemented on Thursday and Friday to ensure the safety of students and staff.
In a statement shared on social media, the KHDA stated: “In consideration of the safety of students and staff, all Dubai private schools, nurseries, and universities are required to continue providing distance learning on April 18 and 19. Wishing everyone safety.”
Government Schools in UAE Shift to Remote Learning Due to Rain
An earlier announcement confirmed that government schools across the UAE would adopt remote learning until the week’s end.
The Emirates School Education Foundation has decided to prolong the implementation of remote education for all government schools nationwide on Thursday and Friday, April 18 and 19, 2024, to ensure the readiness of schools and their surrounding areas in terms of safety and security for students and teaching staff.
