Emirates has resumed the majority of its global operations, restoring services across most international routes following recent travel disruptions. The airline continues to strengthen connectivity across major markets spanning Europe, the Americas, Africa, the GCC, West Asia, Australasia, and the Far East.
The Dubai-based carrier is now serving 137 destinations across 72 countries through an extensive network of more than 1,300 weekly flights. The recovery reflects the airline’s ongoing efforts to rebuild capacity while supporting Dubai’s position as a leading global aviation hub.
During the disruption period earlier this year, Emirates maintained a reduced operating schedule while continuing to serve millions of passengers worldwide. The airline’s steady recovery highlights resilient international travel demand and growing passenger confidence.
To support travellers, Emirates has introduced flexible booking options, including complimentary date changes for eligible tickets and the ability to hold fares for 24 hours without additional charges. Passengers experiencing extended stopovers in Dubai can also access the Dubai Connect programme, offering hotel accommodation, airport transfers, meals, and visa assistance where required.
The broader aviation sector is also witnessing gradual recovery momentum, with Dubai International Airport reporting strong passenger traffic during the first quarter of 2026 despite earlier regional airspace challenges.
