ADNOC has launched a new Industrial Resilience Programme to strengthen the UAE’s manufacturing sector, targeting $24.5bn (AED 90bn) in domestic industrial output by 2030.
The programme is designed to reinforce supply chain resilience, expand local production capacity, and enhance the long-term sustainability of critical industries. It also aims to ensure operational continuity across key sectors.
As part of the initiative, ADNOC has identified an initial group of around 70 local manufacturers to participate, with plans to broaden engagement as the programme progresses.
The effort aligns with ADNOC’s wider In-Country Value (ICV) strategy, which focuses on boosting local economic contribution by increasing the participation of UAE-based suppliers and reducing dependence on imports.
Through this move, ADNOC seeks to accelerate industrial development while building a more resilient, self-sufficient manufacturing ecosystem that supports the UAE’s broader economic diversification goals.
