US stocks declined on Monday, with the Dow Jones Industrial Average falling nearly 450 points amid broader weakness across major indices.
The Dow slipped 0.90%, while the S&P 500 declined 0.44%. Meanwhile, the Nasdaq Composite edged down 0.39%.
By midday trading in New York, the Dow had dropped 429.90 points. Additionally, the S&P 500 fell 32.63 points, while the Nasdaq declined 101.96 points.
