Khalifa Economic Zones Abu Dhabi (Kezad Group), a subsidiary of AD Ports Group, has secured five new industrial and logistics projects spanning Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.
The combined investments for these developments, covering over 84,000 square metres, are set to reach AED147 million (USD 40M) and are expected to generate around 500 new jobs, according to a statement issued on Monday.
Haber/Elixir will establish a facility for blending oilfield chemicals, while Grand Line Industries plans to develop a manufacturing unit for car cleaning products.
Precent Enterprises Metals Coating is set to build a metal forming and coating facility, while Unibal Group Investment will develop its second industrial and logistics warehousing project in Abu Dhabi, marking its first venture in Kezad Al Ain.
Al Lul Transport & General Contracting will construct an industrial and logistics warehousing project in Kezad Al Ma’mourah, strategically located between Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
Since 2025, Kezad has leased 73.6 square kilometres of land, with approximately 67 percent allocated to industrial and manufacturing activities.
AD Ports’ economic cities and free zones division, which includes Kezad, reported revenues of AED2.9B in 2025, reflecting a 45 percent year-on-year increase.
