Zoho Corporation, a global technology company, has announced the launch of its data centres in the UAE, located in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. These facilities are part of the AED 100 million investment in the country that the company announced in 2023. The data centres will host solutions from Zoho Corporation’s two primary brands, ManageEngine, which focuses on enterprise IT management, and Zoho, which provides cloud-based business solutions.
Commenting on the launch, Shailesh Davey, Co-founder and CEO of Zoho Corporation, said the initiative reflects the company’s continued commitment to the UAE, one of its largest markets in the region for both Zoho and ManageEngine. He noted that the new data centres will enable organisations to store data locally, strengthen data sovereignty, and support the National Cybersecurity Agenda. He added that more than 100 solutions across both brands will help businesses of all sizes, as well as government and semi-government entities, adopt cloud technologies for digital transformation across nearly every function, while supporting Dubai’s ambition to build a digital economy in line with Vision 2030.
The data centres have received the CSP Security Standard Certificate from the Dubai Electronic Security Center, qualifying Zoho Corporation to serve government and semi-government entities in addition to local businesses. The facilities are also compliant with ISO 27001, ISO 22301, ISO 27017 and the CSA STAR Level 2 certification for data centres. In addition, the company’s Dubai office has been awarded ISO 27001 certification.
Zoho has recorded growth of 38.7 per cent in the UAE in 2025 and expanded its partner network by 29 per cent during the same period. To meet growing customer demand, the company increased its workforce by 35 per cent last year and moved into a larger office. Solutions driving this growth include its customer experience portfolio comprising Zoho CRM, Desk and Zoho CRM Plus, along with Zoho Books, a VAT-compliant and FTA-approved accounting platform, Creator for low-code application development, Zoho Workplace for collaboration, and Zoho One, an integrated suite of more than 55 applications.
Over the past five years, Zoho has invested AED 80 million to support the digital transformation of more than 7,000 businesses in the UAE through partnerships with organisations such as the Department of Economy and Tourism and Dubai Culture. In recent years, the company has also seen strong upmarket momentum, recording 48 per cent growth in 2025, driven by robust platform capabilities that help enterprises achieve faster time to value while reducing total cost of ownership.
