Ohana Development has announced its plans to construct Elie Saab Waterfront, which will be the first branded residential tower on Al Reem Island, with the support of real estate agency Metropolitan Capital Real Estate (MCRE).
Situated at the heart of the island, the 174-unit development will range in price from AED 2M to AED 45M.
Phase one of the sale has already concluded, demonstrating significant demand for premium property in Abu Dhabi. The construction team aims to finish the 39-floor tower by the first quarter of 2027, incorporating over 300 parking spaces.
