As Temperatures Set to Hit 49ºC in the Country, light to moderate winds will blow, occasionally freshening and causing blowing dust during the day. The National Centre of Meteorology has indicated that the day will be generally fair and partly cloudy at times.
Clouds are expected to appear towards north east. Winds will blow at a speed of 15km/h to 25km/h, reaching up to 40km/h at times. This brief shower offers some relief to residents as temperatures are expected to reach up to 49ºC in the country today. The mercury is set to rise to 46ºC in Abu Dhabi and 44ºC in Dubai.
However, temperatures could drop to as low as 32ºC in Abu Dhabi, 31ºC in Dubai, and 21ºC in mountainous regions.
Humidity levels will vary from 20 to 55 percent in Abu Dhabi and from 20 to 70 percent in Dubai.
Sea conditions will be slight in the Arabian Gulf and the Oman Sea.
