The National Centre of Meteorology has forecasted a fair to partly cloudy day for the UAE, with temperatures expected to reach up to 47ºC.
Low clouds will appear over the East Coast, with a chance of some convective clouds forming in the eastern regions by the afternoon.
Throughout the day, light to moderate winds will occasionally freshen, causing blowing dust. In Abu Dhabi, temperatures will rise to 30ºC, while in Dubai, they will peak at 31ºC. The lowest temperatures are expected to be 17ºC in Abu Dhabi and 16ºC in Dubai, with internal areas experiencing lows of 24ºC.
Humidity levels will be high during the night and on Friday morning along some coastal areas, ranging from 30 to 75 per cent in both Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
Sea conditions will remain slight in the Arabian Gulf and the Oman Sea.
