Acting on the directives of President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, in his capacity as Ruler of Abu Dhabi, H.H. Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council, has approved a housing benefits package valued at AED4.62 billion, supporting 3,052 Emirati citizens across the emirate.
The package includes housing loans worth AED4.4 billion for 2,862 citizens, along with AED212 million in loan repayment exemptions extended to 190 beneficiaries, including low-income retirees and the families of deceased citizens.
Released ahead of Eid Al Adha, this second housing package of 2025 underlines the leadership’s continued dedication to inclusive development. It aims to enhance the wellbeing and stability of Emirati families, empowering them to play an active role in national development—aligning with the UAE Year of Community objectives to foster social cohesion and solidarity.
With this announcement, the total value of housing benefits allocated to citizens in Abu Dhabi in 2025 now stands at AED11.38 billion.
