The UAE Fuel Price Committee recently announced the petrol and diesel prices for June 2023, bringing good news for motorists across the country. With prices witnessing a notable reduction compared to the previous month.
Effective from June 1, the revised fuel prices are as follows:
- Super 98 petrol: AED 2.95 per litre, down from AED 3.16 in May.
- Special 95 petrol: AED 2.84 per litre, down from AED 3.05 in May.
- E-Plus petrol: AED 2.76 per litre, down from AED 2.97 in May.
- Diesel: AED 2.68 per litre, down from AED 2.91 in May.
Motorists will be pleased with the substantial reductions in retail fuel prices, with petrol witnessing a decrease of 21 fils per litre and diesel prices dropping by 35 fils. These adjustments come as a relief, especially after two consecutive months of slight increases in fuel costs.
