The Central Bank of the UAE (CBUAE) has announced an auction of Monetary Bills (M-Bills) today, which will feature four separate issues of Treasury bonds.
According to data from the CBUAE, the first issue, with a 28-day term, will offer up to AED 1,500M. The second issue, for 84 days, will amount to AED 3,500M, the third, spanning 112 days, will offer up to AED 2,000M, and the fourth, with a term of 280 days, will total AED 4,000M.
The issuance date for these M-Bills is set for 18th September 2024. The maturity dates will be 16th October 2024 for the first issue, 11th December 2024 for the second, 8th January 2025 for the third, and 25th June 2025 for the fourth issue.
This marks the 26th M-Bill tender announced by the CBUAE this year.
