The UAE’s Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, met with Zambia’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Mulambo Haimbe, to discuss ways to strengthen bilateral relations. The talks took place in Abu Dhabi on Sunday, focusing on expanding cooperation between the two countries.
Moreover, discussions centred on opportunities to deepen collaboration across sectors aligned with the development priorities of both nations. The objective, therefore, was to advance shared economic and strategic interests through closer engagement and coordinated initiatives.
Sheikh Abdullah reaffirmed the UAE’s commitment to building long-term development partnerships with Zambia. He noted that such cooperation supports prosperity and well-being for both countries and contributes to sustainable growth.
Additionally, the two ministers exchanged views on regional and international developments. These discussions, however, also reflected a shared interest in continued dialogue on issues of mutual concern and evolving global dynamics.
