Humaid Obaid Abushibs, Chairman of the UAE Accountability Authority (UAEAA), led an official visit to Greece to strengthen collaboration between the two nations in the fields of auditing and anti-corruption.
During the visit, the UAEAA Chairman conducted a series of high-level meetings, including discussions with Ntouni Sotiria, President of the Hellenic Court of Audit, to share insights and best practices in auditing and oversight.
He also met with Alexandra Rogkakou, Interim Governor of Greece’s National Transparency Authority, to enhance joint efforts in promoting integrity and combating corruption.
The UAEAA remains dedicated to building international partnerships, exchanging expertise, and advancing best practices in auditing and accounting.
The Authority emphasised that these efforts align with the UAE’s national strategy, which focuses on fostering regional and global cooperation and coordination.
