On Tuesday, the Dubai real estate market registered 517 sales transactions worth AED 1.12B, in addition to 81 mortgage deals for AED 538.23M and 10 gift deals worth AED 92.48M, according to data supplied by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD).
The sales included 465 houses and apartments totaling AED 863.28M and 52 land parcels worth AED 253.69M. The mortgages included 52 houses and apartments at AED 281.02M and 29 land plots worth AED 257.21M, according to WAM bringing the total real estate transactions today to more than AED 1.7B.
