The partnership aims to revolutionise intelligent infrastructure by harnessing advanced technologies to improve efficiency, sustainability, and security across the UAE’s built environment. As a hub for start-ups, tech firms, and financial institutions, the DIFC Innovation Hub will offer a platform to test and scale cutting-edge solutions.
Industry experts, entrepreneurs, and investors will explore AI-powered systems, predictive maintenance, and energy optimisation. The initiative will also feature workshops, hackathons, and pilot programmes to drive sector-wide advancements. Through knowledge-sharing, both entities will contribute to shaping the next generation of smart infrastructure.

To further support innovation, Transguard and DIFC Innovation Hub will launch an early-stage accelerator programme, culminating in a showcase at the Dubai Fintech Summit on 13 May. Selected start-ups will gain access to industry expertise and state-of-the-art facilities to develop and scale their solutions.
