Abu Dhabi National Hotels (ADNH) has joined forces with Marriott International to rename three Dubai hotels previously operated by Emaar Hospitality.
As of January 1, 2024, ADNH and Marriott will manage these properties under the banners of JW Marriott and Autograph Collection Hotels.
The rebranding of The Address Dubai Marina, Vida Downtown Dubai Hotel, and Manzil Downtown Dubai Hotel aims to redefine luxury in Dubai, promising a distinctive experience aligned with each hotel’s unique identity, according to ADNH.
Emaar Hotels in Dubai Rebranded under Marriott Partnership
Under the partnership, The Address Dubai Marina becomes JW Marriott Hotel Marina, Vida Downtown Dubai Hotel transforms into Hotel Boulevard, Autograph Collection, and Manzil Downtown Dubai Hotel is now The Heritage Hotel, Autograph Collection.
Jerome Briet, chief development officer, Europe, Middle East & Africa at Marriott International, stated that the UAE is their largest market in the Middle East, and this collaboration with Abu Dhabi National Hotels reflects their commitment to success in the region.
ADNH announced that each property will undergo carefully planned enhancements to provide tailored and world-class experiences as part of the rebranding process.
Additionally, ADNH has partnered with Kempinski Hotels to rebrand two former Emaar Hospitality hotels, namely Kempinski The Boulevard Dubai (formerly Address Boulevard) and Kempinski Central Avenue Dubai (formerly The Address Dubai Mall).
The hospitality group also revealed its agreement to transition the management of five hotels from Emaar Hospitality Group on a franchise model, without disclosing the deal’s value. Emaar Hospitality divested its entire interest in a portfolio of five hotels in 2018.
ADNH noted that hotels under Emaar Hospitality Group management over the past five years have not only achieved commercial success but have also set new standards in hospitality excellence, according to Gulf Business.
Established in 1976, ADNH has grown into a hospitality group with hotels, restaurants, destination management services, catering, and transportation. It owns reputable hotels in the UAE and beyond, including The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi, Grand Canal, and Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel and Villas.
