Abu Dhabi National Energy Company (TAQA) has initiated a rebranding campaign to support its strategic growth and enhance its global presence.
The rebranding, announced today, marks a significant step in TAQA’s transformation, aligning with its objective of delivering integrated power and water services in the UAE and internationally.
As part of this initiative, TAQA will consolidate its Abu Dhabi-based distribution operations under a single brand, TAQA Distribution. This move merges the Abu Dhabi Distribution Company (ADDC) and Al Ain Distribution Company (AADC), streamlining customer service operations across the emirate.
The integration is aimed at expanding the group’s customer-centric business, enabling the introduction of new services and products, and fostering growth opportunities both locally and globally.
Jasim Husain Thabet, Group CEO and MD, highlighted the strategic importance of the rebranding, noting that it will enhance awareness of TAQA’s role in Abu Dhabi and the EMEA region, strengthening its position as a leader in integrated utilities and sustainable energy.
This rebranding is expected to improve the group’s visibility and market presence, supporting the next phase of its growth strategy and reinforcing its leadership in delivering comprehensive, sustainable energy solutions.
