Dubai has achieved a notable milestone by securing a position among the top 10 cities in the Global Power City Index (GPCI) 2023. This distinguished ranking, issued by the Mori Memorial Foundation’s Institute for Urban Strategies in Japan, marks Dubai as the first city in the Middle East to receive such global recognition.
