Sheikh Mohammed Launches Dubai Resilience Centre

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE, and Ruler of Dubai, has issued Decree No. (48) of 2024, establishing the Dubai Resilience Centre.
