Tabreed, a global leader in district cooling, has expanded its Dubai network by connecting to City Tower 1, a 93-storey development by H&H.
The landmark project is now receiving 5,300 Refrigeration Tons (RT) of eco-friendly cooling supplied from Tabreed’s existing district cooling facility in Al Satwa, the company confirmed.
Rising 362.8 metres on Sheikh Zayed Road, directly across from Emirates Towers and the Museum of the Future, City Tower 1 comprises 695 residential units from studios to four-bedroom apartments. The development also includes four floors of office space, two retail outlets, a gym, indoor and outdoor play areas, swimming pools for adults and children, a mini football pitch, and two padel courts.
