ACRES 2024: Sharjah’s Premier Real Estate Event for Developers and Investors
ACRES 2024, a prominent real estate event, provides a platform for developers, investors, and real estate enthusiasts to converge, offering an ideal opportunity to explore and engage with Sharjah’s dynamic property landscape.
Shurooq’s contributions to ACRES 2024 will include the launch of unit sales for Ajwan, a luxury residential beachfront project inspired by the distinctive topography of Khorfakkan.
Covering 65,269 square metres, the project features six residential buildings with 185 apartments and a vibrant 15,000 square-metre waterpark within the gated community, providing a dynamic and refreshing residential experience.
Ajwan’s strategic location ensures convenient access to Khorfakkan Beach, the iconic Khorfakkan Amphitheatre, and waterfalls, promoting a well-rounded and connected lifestyle.
CEO of Shurooq, Ahmed Obeid Al Qaseer, expressed, “Ajwan adds to our efforts to enhance Khorfakkan and promote the Eastern region’s diverse investment opportunities.” He highlighted Sharjah’s support for investors through reduced real estate transaction fees, aligning with the Emirate’s commitment to sustained growth and stability in the real estate market.
Shurooq will also unveil ‘Aysha Residence,’ a project already under construction, featuring 137 apartments with scenic views of the Al Khan Lagoon. Maryam Island, spanning 3.3 million square feet, will host 20 residential buildings with over 3,500 units upon completion.
Sharjah Sustainable City (SSC), Shurooq’s flagship project in collaboration with Diamond Developers, will be a focal point at ACRES 2024, according to WAM.
Shurooq will showcase the remaining limited inventory of the 324 residential villas in the fourth residential phase, contributing to the expansive 7.2 million square feet development accommodating a total of 1,250 villas upon completion.
SSC pioneers sustainable living through urban farms, energy-efficient homes, and 100% wastewater recycling aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
