Soudah Peaks in Saudi Arabia
Soudah Peaks, located in Saudi Arabia, aspires to be a high-end mountain tourism destination, perched at an elevation of 3,015 meters on Saudi Arabia’s highest peak.
This project, nestled within an extraordinary natural and cultural milieu in the Aseer region of southwest Saudi Arabia, constitutes a pivotal element of the Public Investment Fund (PIF)’s endeavours to diversify the economy by expanding crucial sectors like tourism, hospitality, and entertainment, all while supporting the Aseer development strategy.
The Crown Prince has expressed that Soudah Peaks heralds a new era of luxury mountain tourism, offering an unparalleled living experience while safeguarding the natural environment and the richness of culture and heritage.
In alignment with the Vision 2030 objectives of bolstering tourism and entertainment, fostering economic expansion, luring investments, making a substantial SR 29B ($7.7B) addition to the Kingdom’s overall GDP, and generating numerous direct and indirect employment prospects, this project holds a strategic position.

Soudah Peaks will encompass six distinctive development zones, namely Tahlal, Sahab, Sabrah, Jareen, Rijal, and Red Rock, according to Arabian Business.
Within these zones, visitors can anticipate a wide array of world-class amenities, encompassing hotels, luxurious mountain resorts, residential chalets, villas, premium mansion sites, as well as entertainment and commercial attractions.
