With the upcoming launch of InFlavour, Saudi Arabia is set to strengthen its position as a key player in the food trade and hospitality sectors of the Middle East & North Africa.
This innovative food sector platform, a collaborative effort between the Ministry of Environment, Water & Agriculture (MEWA) and Tahaluf, will serve as a gateway for local, regional, and global food manufacturers.
InFlavour will connect industry buyers and consumers within KSA and open doors to emerging markets in Africa, Asia, and Europe. The platform’s focus is on fostering connections, without making grand claims, in the food industry.
InFlavour aligns with Saudi Arabia’s aspiration to lead the international hospitality industry. It will feature infrastructure projects designed to modernize food production, transportation, and trade in complex global supply chains.
The event will also host renowned celebrity chefs and culinary innovators at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Centre from October 29 to 31.
MAIN COURSE! With Chefs Marco Pierre White, Manal Alalem, and Yasser Jad
UK restaurateur Marco Pierre White, the first British chef to hold three Michelin stars, will headline the MAIN COURSE stage. Fellow keynote speakers, TV celebrity chefs Manal Alalem and Yasser Jad, will join him.
Manal Alalem, often referred to as the ‘Queen of Arab cuisine and culinary arts,’ champions female participation in the culinary field via her Manal Club.
Yasser Jad holds the position of President at the Saudi Arabian Chef Association (SARCA) and serves as a recurring judge on the popular MBC show, Top Chefs.
