According to data released by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai witnessed a total of 475 sales transactions on Thursday, which amounted to AED 1.38B. In addition, there were 101 mortgage deals worth AED 491.51M and 56 gift deals worth AED 141.96M, according to WAM.
Out of the total sales transactions, 412 were for villas and apartments worth AED 1.06B, and the remaining 63 were for land plots worth AED 325.15M. As for the mortgages, 86 were for villas and apartments worth AED 436.34M, and 15 were for land plots worth AED 55.18,M. Overall, Thursday’s realty transactions amounted to more than AED 2B.
