The Ras Al Khaimah Chamber of Commerce and Industry has held talks with the Uganda National Chamber of Commerce and Industry to advance trade exchange and investment cooperation between the two regions.
During a meeting at the Chamber’s headquarters, Mohammed Musabbeh Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Ras Al Khaimah Chamber, welcomed Zaake Wanume Kibedi, Ambassador of Uganda to the UAE, for discussions on expanding economic ties.

Al Nuaimi highlighted the Chamber’s openness to initiatives that support the private sector in pursuing profitable, mutually beneficial opportunities in friendly nations, including Uganda. He stressed the role of SMEs in driving economic cooperation.
Ambassador Kibedi expressed Uganda’s commitment to expanding trade with Ras Al Khaimah and invited the Chamber and its members to participate in the UAE–Uganda Business Forum, scheduled for 27–29 October 2025 in Kampala.
