RAK Properties has revealed plans for Raha Island, a new island development within Mina Al Arab in Ras Al Khaimah. The project will feature luxury hotels and branded residences, along with marinas, beach clubs, retail shops, and leisure facilities.
A dedicated water transit system will link Raha Island to Mina Al Arab and other emirates.
“We are confident that the current demand from customers for upscale, meticulously designed developments will be met at Mina Al Arab’s newest component, Raha Island. Our task now is not only to satisfy this demand but to exceed expectations by further enhancing this prestigious destination within Mina Al Arab,” stated Sameh Al Muhtadi, CEO of RAK Properties.
Raha Island will provide over 2.5 kilometres of public beachfront.
Marinas will cater to maritime enthusiasts and watersports, while a retail strip and dining outlets along the waterfront will offer amenities for residents and visitors.
