Parkin Company, a leading operator of paid public parking facilities and services in Dubai, has entered into a landmark five-year agreement with Damac Properties, one of the UAE’s prominent real estate developers.
The agreement aligns with Parkin’s broader strategy to strengthen its presence within the developer-led parking segment.
According to Parkin, the partnership aims to improve traffic circulation, elevate the end-user experience and maximise the efficiency of nearly 3,600 parking spaces across Damac’s portfolio of premium developments in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
Through its operational expertise and advanced technological capabilities, Parkin seeks to deliver a high-quality urban mobility experience across these locations.
As part of the agreement, Parkin will oversee the management of around 500 on-street parking spaces within Damac Hills 1.
The scope also includes the operation of approximately 2,700 parking spaces across 44 residential and commercial towers in key locations such as Downtown, DIFC, Dubai Marina and Business Bay in Dubai, as well as Al Reem Island in Abu Dhabi.
This contract marks Parkin’s first move into the Abu Dhabi parking market, representing a significant milestone in the company’s geographic expansion beyond Dubai.
Chief Executive Officer Eng. Mohamed Abdulla Al Ali said the five-year partnership reflects strong confidence in Parkin’s three decades of experience across technology, operations and enforcement.
He noted that the agreement underscores the value Parkin brings to developers by applying proven capabilities across some of the UAE’s most established communities, while delivering seamless and convenient parking solutions tailored to residents, visitors and tenants.
He added that the expansion into Abu Dhabi represents a key step in Parkin’s growth strategy, with both companies working together to set new standards in customer experience, operational efficiency and smart mobility across the UAE.
As part of the initiative, Parkin will introduce a mix of visitor and permit-based parking options for short- and long-term users across Damac’s residential towers, commercial assets and community malls. All locations will be integrated into the Parkin mobile app, allowing users to access and manage parking services through a single platform, enhancing convenience and overall user experience.
