Parkin Company PJSC, Dubai’s leading provider of paid parking facilities, has entered a landmark partnership with Dubai Holding to deliver advanced smart parking systems across several master-planned developments in the emirate. The collaboration will see Parkin operate and manage 29,600 new paid parking spaces, pushing its total private sector portfolio to approximately 50,400 spaces.
Digital innovation powers mobility
Set for phased deployment starting mid-Q3 2025, the initiative will introduce Parkin’s full-stack digital infrastructure to Dubai Holding’s properties. This includes real-time analytics, smart enforcement technology, and automated systems aimed at improving capacity usage, reducing congestion, and supporting Dubai’s long-term mobility vision.
The expansion is designed to:
- Optimise parking availability across high-density zones
- Enhance access and urban flow for residents and visitors
- Reduce traffic bottlenecks in residential and mixed-use districts
- Strengthen Dubai’s smart city mobility network
A major milestone in private sector growth
Eng. Mohamed Abdulla Al Ali, CEO of Parkin, described the partnership as a key driver of Parkin’s expansion into the private developer segment.
“This strategic partnership with Dubai Holding strengthens our presence in the private developer parking segment, enabling us to extend our market-leading parking solutions across key communities in the emirate, while delivering integrated urban mobility experiences that enhance our customers’ quality of life,” said Al Ali.
He further noted that the rollout would follow Parkin’s operational standards, ensuring high efficiency and convenience for end-users.
Strengthening Dubai’s urban infrastructure
The partnership aligns with Dubai Holding’s vision of building future-ready communities through tech-driven infrastructure. It also advances Parkin’s ambition to support the emirate’s smart mobility goals, reinforcing Dubai’s status as a leader in sustainable, resident-centric urban planning.
By joining forces, the two entities signal a shared commitment to raising service standards and technological adoption across Dubai’s transport and infrastructure ecosystems.
