NMDC Energy, an Abu Dhabi-based EPC services provider, has officially opened a state-of-the-art fabrication yard in Ras Al Khair, Saudi Arabia, valued at AED 200 million ($54.5 million).

The facility, spanning 400,000 square meters, is equipped with the latest automation and digitalisation technology, allowing for both offshore facilities fabrication and onshore modularisation. With a production capacity of 40,000 tonnes annually, this new yard will be part of a larger maritime and offshore cluster within the Ras Al Khair Special Economic Zone.

The yard’s opening at the iktva Forum & Exhibition 2025 was attended by Prince Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz, Governor of the Eastern Province.
