Brazilian football star Neymar Jr. has purchased a penthouse worth Dh200 million ($54.5 million) at the Bugatti Residences by Binghatti in Dubai’s Business Bay. The luxury project, the first Bugatti-branded residential development, offers features like a French Riviera-inspired private beach and highly customized amenities. Neymar’s residence, part of the Sky Mansion collection, includes a private pool, a lift for cars to be brought directly to the penthouse, and scenic views of Downtown Dubai.
Unveiled in May last year, the project integrates a Riviera-themed beach, pool, spa, fitness club, chef’s table, members-only club, and two car lifts that allow direct access to penthouses. Construction completion is anticipated in three and a half years, according to the developer.
Branded residences carry well-known brand names and provide exclusive services and amenities. This concept has drawn major automotive brands like Porsche and Bentley into real estate ventures, offering properties with premium prices. Binghatti’s portfolio consists of over 70 projects valued at Dh40 billion and 15,000 delivered homes.
Demand for branded residences in Dubai is surging, driven by high-net-worth buyers seeking luxury properties. A Knight Frank report predicts that more than 4,600 branded units will be delivered over five years. Additionally, high-value sales continue to break records, with a transaction in Bugatti Residences last year achieving Dh9,674 per square foot in Dubai’s Business Bay.
Neymar Jr., known for his exceptional football skills and strong social media presence, moved to the Saudi Pro League team Al-Hilal in 2023.
