Dubai is set to gain a new community-focused retail hub with the opening of NAS Gardens Community Mall at Meraas’ Nad Al Sheba Gardens in August 2026.
The development will include a curated selection of retail stores, restaurants, wellness centres and lifestyle amenities tailored to meet the daily needs of nearby residents.
According to the developers, the project is designed to provide greater convenience by combining shopping, leisure and essential services within one integrated destination.
