NEOM’s highly anticipated Hampton by Hilton is set to open its doors in Saudi Arabia by early 2025, adding a new dimension to the luxury hospitality offerings in the futuristic city.
Cayan Group and Saudi Arabia’s NEOM signed a deal for a second Hampton by Hilton hotel at the NEOM Community.
In this new agreement, Cayan will fully fund and develop the 201-key Hampton property to meet increasing construction demands as significant earthworks progress at the location of the expansive 26,500 square-kilometre giga-project in northwest Saudi Arabia.
The deal occurred at the International Hospitality Investment Forum in Berlin in the presence of Hilton’s President and CEO Chris Nassetta and Cayan Group’s Chairman Ahmed Alhatti.
Ahmed Alhatti said, “Following the recent opening of Hampton by Hilton Sharma at NEOM’s Community site, we are thrilled to continue our involvement in this visionary and distinctive project alongside Hilton, our globally recognised hospitality partner.”
“We endorse the vision of His Royal Highness Mohammed bin Salman, Crown Prince, and Prime Minister, and we remain committed to further investments within NEOM projects and securing additional opportunities in the future.”
It will be the second Hampton property at NEOM Community, offering the brand’s characteristic seamless experience, facilities, and interiors.
Carlos Khneisser, Hilton’s Vice President of Development for the Middle East & Africa, said, “We are pleased to collaborate once again with Cayan Group to add another excellent Hampton by Hilton to our expanding portfolio in Saudi Arabia.”
“This agreement underscores Hilton’s enduring dedication to the growth of the tourism sector in the Kingdom, where we are partnering with both public and private sector entities to meet the escalating demand for hospitality brands and anticipate quadrupling our presence in the coming years.”
The hotel’s design and construction will prioritise sustainability and utilise energy-efficient systems. As NEOM progresses towards its ambitious goals, developing options for livability such as hospitality marks a significant milestone.
