Modon Holding announced strong financial results for the first half of 2025, reporting a net profit of AED2.1 billion, a 4.2-fold increase compared to AED502 million during the same period in 2024.
This exceptional growth was attributed to solid performances across the Group’s four main business units, the successful integration of recent acquisitions, and the strategic and efficient deployment of investments.
The real estate division was the key driver of Modon’s performance, supported by increased recurring income and operational improvements in asset management and hospitality. The Group also saw outstanding results in its events, catering, and tourism operations.
Momentum continued into the second half of the year. In July, Modon achieved a complete sell-out of residential plots in its Wadeem project, generating AED5.5 billion in sales, which pushed the Group’s total H1 2025 sales beyond its full-year sales figure for 2024.
Revenue for H1 2025 reached AED6.5 billion, tripling year-on-year. This surge was primarily driven by revenue recognition from development projects, bolstered by record real estate sales, increasing recurring income streams, and the impact of strategic acquisitions.
