Meraas, a subsidiary of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has announced the awarding of an AED 850 million construction contract to Dutco Construction Co LLC for the Bvlgari Lighthouse project located on Jumeira Bay Island.
With marine construction now completed in this area of Jumeira Bay Island, the next phase will initiate the construction of the luxurious 27-story residential tower. Crafted by the acclaimed architectural firm Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel, the Bvlgari Lighthouse is poised to become one of the city’s premier addresses and a stunning focal point of the island.
Embodying the classic elegance and opulence associated with the Italian luxury brand, Bvlgari Lighthouse will feature four and five-bedroom penthouses, as well as an extraordinary eight-bedroom Sky Villa that will occupy the top three floors. Set for completion by the second quarter of 2027, Bvlgari Lighthouse marks the third collaboration between Bvlgari and Meraas.
