Following the resounding success of the Franck Muller Aeternitas Tower, UAE-based real estate developer London Gate and renowned Swiss luxury watchmaker Franck Muller have revealed their next collaborative venture: the Franck Muller Vanguard Tower. Positioned in the prestigious Dubai Marina, this luxurious development is set to redefine branded real estate in Dubai, valued at AED 1.6 billion.
The Franck Muller Vanguard Tower, a 34-floor masterpiece, will house 722 luxury residences, ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments. Studio units span between 414 and 674 sq. ft., while one-bedroom apartments range from 779 to 1,010 sq. ft. Two-bedroom options offer 1,041 sq. ft., and three-bedroom units range between 1,768 and 1,862 sq. ft. Each residence will reflect the distinctive design inspiration of Franck Muller’s Vanguard watch collection, with interiors that exude elegance and breathtaking views of Dubai Marina.
According to Morgan’s 2024 report on Dubai’s branded residences, the market is booming, with a nearly 50% increase in the number of branded units produced since 2022, now representing 7.2% of all real estate transactions in Dubai.
