Leva Hotels, a hospitality brand originating from the UAE, has revealed its intention to introduce six new properties across the GCC and Africa as part of its expansion strategy.
These upgraded establishments will offer affordable living options with lively atmospheres and form part of the brand’s ongoing efforts to manage a total of eight properties across the Middle East and Africa by the end of 2023.
“We are thrilled to be announcing the opening of six new distinct properties across key regions that we not only consider to be strategic to the overall growth of the company but also crucial to a growing segment in the hospitality sector that’s increasingly demanding for affordable yet comfortable experiences,” said J.S. Anand, founder and CEO, Leva Hotels and Resorts.
Leva Hotels has signed two hotel management agreements with Ekono by Leva Al Shati and Ekono by Leva Jeddah Airport Hotel, both located within an hour’s distance from Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The agreement involves transforming the two properties’ services in line with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 to attract 100 million visitors by 2030.
Leva Hotels will also oversee the development and management of the Reiz Continental Hotel by Leva, an upscale five-star luxury lifestyle hotel in Lagos, Nigeria, in partnership with Kostarget Projects and owned by Reiz Continental Hotels.
In Uganda, Leva Hotels will manage Emin Pasha Leva, Kampala’s first boutique hotel, which is currently undergoing renovation to incorporate Leva’s design language infused with regional aesthetics. It will also make its debut in Ethiopia with two strategic partnerships with Leva Afrotsion Semera Resort and Harsade Harbour Resort by Leva, incorporating key brand design elements and offering innovative services, including five restaurants and three conference halls.
