Developers in Dubai are moving quickly to provide more ultra-luxury homes to potential buyers. MAG has recently released four of them, each costing an astounding AED200 M. They are a component of The Ritz-Carlton Residences on the Dubai Creekside, a complex of 12 homes. The most recent four mansions have underground parking for up to eight automobiles and a built-up space of up to 48,000 square feet.
The first eight mansions had a price tag of AED177 M apiece. “We are thrilled with the response to our launches of the Earth and Water mansions,” said Talal Moafaq Al Gaddah, Senior Executive Vice Chairman of MAG. “The careful planning that went into creating the mansions, symbolising intellect, creativity, and new beginnings, considered the elements of nature”.
“The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Dubai, Creekside project reflects MAG’s ongoing efforts to provide an immersive wellness-luxury lifestyle across Dubai by taking a comprehensive approach to offering top-notch amenities.”
The “Keturah Resort,” which is situated on the Dubai Creek and faces the wildlife refuge in Ras Al Khor, has the 12 Ritz-Carlton homes as well. According to Gulf News report, demand for Dubai’s opulent mansions is expected to remain high through the first ten days of 2023, with much of the current focus shifting to off-plan properties. As prospective purchasers look for new places to invest their money, expect to see more upscale debuts in the upcoming days.
