Lacasa Living’s upcoming projects will be centered around key markets in the UAE, with notable developments planned for Dubai, Ras Al Khaimah (RAK), and Lusail in Qatar. The division’s portfolio will include a mix of ultra-luxury private villas from its Signature Collection, as well as contemporary, bespoke residential apartments and holiday homes. The first project, set to debut in January 2025, will see the launch of a series of exclusive apartments on Al Marjan Island in RAK, designed to appeal to both end-users and investors in the rapidly growing real estate market.
