According to data from the Real Estate Registration and Authentication Department at the Ministry of Justice, Kuwait’s real estate market has experienced tremendous growth over the past few months, with the total number of property transactions in the oil-rich nation during the past nine months alone surging to more than 4,700.
These transactions, which involved various types of real estate categories, were worth more than KD3 billion ($9.63 billion).
The residential real estate sector accounted for the biggest share of these sales, or 3,531 properties, according to the overall statistics for the first nine months, it stated further.
