The United Arab Emirates has granted a road infrastructure contract valued at around AED685 million (USD186 million) to Kuwait’s Combined Group Contracting Company (CGCC).
The project, awarded by the UAE’s Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure, will focus on the development and enhancement of the nation’s motorway network.
CGCC, which is publicly listed on the Kuwaiti stock exchange, confirmed in a regulatory filing that its UAE subsidiary, CGCC-UAE, had received formal notification of the contract from the UAE Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure.
