The collection consists of properties located across major coastal markets in both the eastern and western regions of the US, the company said.
The portfolio comprises 35 buildings totalling 2.6 million square feet, spread across seven coastal markets, and is currently 97% leased.
Assets within the newly acquired portfolio include two buildings each in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; Long Island, New York; and Tampa, Florida; three in South Florida; 12 in North Atlanta; and one in Northern New Jersey. The logistics component features 13 buildings situated in Sacramento, California.
During the past year, Investcorp Capital has completed multiple successful exits, including the divestment of RESA Power in the United States and Citykart in India.
