The Consulate General of India in Dubai, in partnership with the Friends of India, successfully organized the International Day of Yoga celebration on 22nd June 2024. The event took place at the iconic World Trade Centre in Dubai and saw a remarkable turnout of over five thousand yoga enthusiasts including 1500 school students.
The event featured a series of yoga sessions led by experienced instructors, promoting physical and mental well-being among participants. Yoga enthusiasts of all ages and 50 nationalities came together to celebrate this ancient practice that embodies harmony and inner peace.
The Consulate General of India and Friends of India expressed their gratitude to all participants for their overwhelming support and active participation in making the event a grand success. Through the medium of yoga, the celebration emphasized the importance of holistic health and wellness, fostering a sense of unity and community spirit among attendees.
