In a major development, prominent figures from various corners of the world have confirmed their participation at InFlavour, which stands as Saudi Arabia’s pioneering Government-backed B2B food event.
This announcement comes ahead of the inaugural three-day exhibition and conference scheduled to take place in Riyadh this October.
Tahaluf, a subsidiary of Informa Business, is organizing InFlavour with support from the Saudi Ministry of Environment, Water, and Agriculture (MEWA) and the General Food Security Authority.

Moreover, it’s expected to offer a platform for showcasing Saudi Arabia’s rich and diverse F&B culture. Notably, InFlavour has also gained the official support of the Saudi Culinary Arts Commission, which aims to promote Saudi cuisine both locally and globally.

InFlavour 2023: Attracting Industry Titans and Key Exhibitors
InFlavour will take place at the Riyadh International Exhibition & Convention Centre from October 29-31, and it has already attracted some of the biggest names in the F&B sector across various segments, including food production, ingredients, supply chain, process & packaging, and food technology.
Among the more than 600 exhibitors are notable entities like Saudi-born online restaurant food delivery service Lugmety, French private label food and consumables production and distribution pioneer Global Foods Group, the Saudi joint stock Al Jouf Agricultural Development Company, and Pure Beverages, renowned for producing IVAL bottled water.
Key exhibitors include NADEC, a prominent agricultural and food processing company in the Middle East and North Africa, as well as Al Rabie, one of the region’s leading juice manufacturers. Both companies firmly believe that InFlavour has the potential to deliver significant business growth and international exposure for Saudi Arabia.
