The Abu Dhabi Chapter of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) organized a grand Diwali celebration on October 25, 2025, at Abu Dhabi Indian School (ADIS), Muroor. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from members, their families, and invited guests, who came together to celebrate the festival of lights with joy, culture, and fellowship.
The celebration was graced by Chief guest Shri Suresh Prabhu, renowned Chartered Accountant, Policy Maker, Strategist Change Leader, Senior Politician, and Parliamentarian,and Dr. Ritu Banawat, MLA from Rajasthan whose inspiring presence and thoughts made the occasion even more special.
Under the leadership of CA Krishnan (Chairman), CA Rohit Dayma (Vice Chairman), and the Managing Committee, the ICAI Abu Dhabi Chapter successfully organized an evening that reflected the values of unity, cultural pride, and professional camaraderie that define the ICAI community.
A key highlight of the event was the cultural performance by the Udaan Group, which captivated the audience and infused the atmosphere with festive spirit. Udaan Group is India’s largest entertainment group of professional differently-abled artists who createdunforgettable performances featuring Bollywood music and cultural dance that captivated the audiences.
The Chapter extended special appreciation to Mr. Rishikesh Padegaonkar, Principal of ADIS, Muroor for his valuable contribution in coordinating the venue arrangements, which played an instrumental role in the seamless execution of the event. It also expressed its sincere gratitude to all the sponsors & members for their continued support and active participation, which ensured the success of this memorable Diwali celebration.
