H.E. Ambassador Sunjay Sudhir recieved the Shield of Honor from His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Foreign Minister of the UAE, at the 5th Minister of Foreign Affairs Excellence Awards (MFAEA) in Abu Dhabi on May 21, 2024. Also, H.E. Consul General Mr. Satish Sivan also received the Shield on behalf of the Consulate General of India in Dubai. India was the only country recieve awards in both the Embassies and Consulates Category at the Awards.
MFAEA is a recognition of institutional excellence and efforts of the Embassy and Consulate in strengthening India-UAE bilateral relations. It also recognizes commitment of the Embassy and Consulate towards welfare of the Indian diaspora in the UAE. Furthermore, MFAEA acknowledges the exemplary support extended by the Embassy and the Consulate to the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
