Flydubai has entered into seven new interline agreements, further expanding the Dubai-based airline’s international network and reinforcing its position as a bridge between East and West.
With these additions, flydubai’s total interline partnerships now exceed 40, providing passengers with seamless access to more than 300 destinations worldwide through its expanding network.
Europe and Asia Drive Growth
The latest partnerships substantially enhance flydubai’s European footprint, giving travellers access to over 30 new destinations via Greece’s Aegean Airlines and Italy’s ITA Airways.
In Asia, passengers heading to the Far East and South-East Asia can now connect to more than 90 destinations through collaborations with Myanmar Airways International and Chinese carriers Air China, China Eastern Airlines, Hainan Airlines, and Sichuan Airlines.
Seamless Travel Experience
The agreements allow customers to enjoy single-ticket journeys and through-checked baggage, simplifying travel across multiple destinations.
These partnerships highlight flydubai’s continuous efforts to broaden its connectivity and strengthen trade and tourism links across vital international markets.
Currently, the airline serves over 135 destinations and continues to extend its global footprint through both interline and codeshare agreements.
Strengthening Trade and Tourism
Ghaith Al Ghaith, CEO of flydubai, stated that the new partnerships align with the airline’s long-term vision of enhancing global connectivity.
He said: “Since 2009, we have remained dedicated to improving connectivity and promoting the free flow of trade and tourism, and we are delighted to welcome seven new interline partners.”
