First Abu Dhabi Bank has launched a dedicated initiative to support frontline personnel, reinforcing its commitment to recognising those who serve and protect communities. Moreover, the programme aims to provide targeted financial support and enhanced banking access.
Initiative enhances access and flexibility
The initiative focuses on easing financial pressures for frontline workers while improving service accessibility. Additionally, it offers greater financial flexibility alongside a more streamlined and prioritised banking experience.
To strengthen delivery, the bank introduced priority services across 20 dedicated branches located near key workplaces. Furthermore, it enabled fast-tracked contact centre support, ensuring quicker response times when assistance is required. As a result, frontline personnel can access services more efficiently both immediately and over the longer term.
Leadership underscores commitment
Futoon Hamdan AlMazrouei, Group Head of Personal, Business, Wealth and Privileged Client Banking, said: “Frontline heroes serve our nation with commitment, and a deep sense of responsibility every day. With this initiative, and as we mark Eid, a time of unity, reflection, and shared values and as a bank rooted in the UAE, we stand beside them, delivering meaningful support that eases everyday pressures and makes a real difference not only in their lives, but in the strength and resilience of the communities they protect. This initiative reflects our continued commitment to supporting those who serve, ensuring they have access to the assistance they need, today and over the long term.”
Continued focus on service delivery
The bank reaffirmed its commitment to delivering accessible and responsive banking services. Moreover, it emphasised ongoing support for frontline personnel as part of its broader strategy. Therefore, the initiative aligns with efforts to strengthen community resilience while enhancing customer service standards.
