Expo City Dubai has awarded four contracts for the construction of its new residential development, Expo Valley. The project, set to welcome its first residents in early 2026, will feature 532 villas, townhouses, and semi-detached properties.

- Residential Units: 532 villas, townhouses, and semi-detached properties
- Amenities: Play areas, recreational facilities, three community clubhouses with gyms, cafés, and farm-to-table dining options
- Sustainability: Designed to meet high sustainability standards, promoting health and well-being
- Nature Access: Residents will enjoy access to a nature reserve, lake, wadi, cycling tracks, walking trails, stables, and bridleways
Contract Awards:
- UAE-Based Firms: Three out of four contracts were awarded to UAE-based companies.
- Project Collaboration: Ahmed Al Khatib, Chief Development and Delivery Officer at Expo City Dubai, emphasized the collaboration with leading local and international companies, aiming to create a top-quality urban community.

- Plot Sizes: Newly launched Expo Valley plots range from 7,500 to 12,500 square feet, with options to combine areas.
- Strategic Location: The development is strategically located with metro and highway access, near the expanding Dubai Exhibition Centre and Al Maktoum International Airport.

- Parsons: Oversaw enabling works and earthworks supervision
- Al Naboodah Contracting Company: Handled decommissioning of below-ground services and landform grading
- AECOM Middle East Limited: Oversees infrastructure works administration and site supervision
- Al Nasr Contracting Company: Responsible for utility networks, power systems, road works, and landscaping
